1.) Who am I? What role is it that I’m playing in this game?
You’re a new member of the “Urban Legend Hunters.” “Urban Legend Hunters” is an online forum for lovers of urban legends, which uses an app to discuss and stay in contact.
2.) What do I need to do in this game?
You need to solve a series of mysteries that begin after you join the “Urban Legend Hunters” group. This includes not only collecting information with fellow board members, to investigate online websites for clues, and use the “Demon Eye” to enter into another world...
3.) How is game progress saved?
Game progress is automatically saved in your phone. You don’t need to save any files manually. If you wish to restart the game, please go to the Settings (Click the small gear button), go to “New Game” and select “Confirm.” When you start a new game and reset, there will be no way to retrieve your previous files.
4.) Can I change my name after I register an account?
Currently, there is no way to change your name. If you wish to change your name, you will need to reinstall the app and start again.
5.) What are the system requirements necessary to play Urban Legend Hunters?

6.) An error message saying that “Your system is not compatible with Urban Legend Hunters” has appeared
There are two possibilities
1) You may be using an illegal or old version of the game. Please download the newest version from Google Play or the App Store.
2) Your system settings may not support the game. Please see #5 for details.
7.)Why am I unable to carry out further game interactions at locations (Such as at libraries, schools, or hospitals)?
“Urban Legend Hunters” uses the user’s location and surroundings as part of gameplay. This is primarily based on what is marked on the map.
Interactive places include:
Libraries
Schools
Hospitals
To dispel possession
To dispel possession, players may need to go to a location marked on the map, such as a library, which is circled in red. They may need to take a picture there.
8.) Why are locations (Such as libraries, schools, and hospitals) not marked on my map?
Step 1: First check your Internet connection.
Please check that you have a reliable Internet connection (WiFi, 3G, or 4G). If your connection is weak, please try changing your Internet connection
Step 2: Please check that your phone can detect your location.
The map needs for your GPS or Location Services to be operating in order to carry out operations. Please make sure that your GPS setting is on.
Please try restarting your GPS as follows:
[Android]: [Settings] → [Location]
[iOS]: [Settings] → [Location Services]
9.) How long until I can reset the library, school, and hospital locations on the map?
Your phone will reset locations every 24 hours.
For example, if your phone currently indexes the libraries near you at 12 PM, next day at 12 PM, if the player has moved, this will shift to libraries currently in the vicinity of the player.
10.) How do I play the “Mirror Dream” urban legend?
Please send a photo of a face with visible features, the system will detect whether the photo is of a face in order to clear the test.
11.) How do I complete the task requiring me to take a photo of a library bookshelf?
Please go to a library labeled in the game and take a photo of the bookshelf classifications. Please take a photo where the label for 800 to 899 is visible. If there are no classifications in the library, taking a photo of the library entrance is also fine. The game will recognize whether the photo is of the correct number and dialogue will be different.
12.) How do I move around in the Meta-School?
You can move around the Meta-School by moving your phone if your phone has a gyroscope function. When you encounter objects you can interact with (Ex: A door, stairs, etc.), you can click on them on your screen.
13.) How should I enter the Meta-School if I am using the “Remote Play” function?
Go to the “Settings” menu by clicking on the gear and press the toggle switch for “Remote Play” to turn it on. Press “Remote Play” again and press “Am close to school.” Then tap the “Demon Eye” to enter the Meta-School. (For more detailed instructions, please see the video).
